Natural Process of Change

ACCS Tools / Methods

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment that reduces and can eliminate body pain and tension. It harnesses the mind and body’s natural self-scanning, self-healing ability to dismantle the trauma, distress and beliefs at the subconscious core to free the mind and body.

What is Brainspot?

Who does Brainspotting work with?

As a client why choose Brainspotting?

Heartmath Biofeedback - Helps you to learn to shift to a positive emotional state in a moment

Brain/Body Based Techniques - Some of the fastest ways to help retrain our systems to feel better and grow stronger

Ego State Therapy - Helps us understand how our systems are uniquely designed to cope sometimes using outdated strategies that work but don’t draw upon our higher capacities.

Motivational Interviewing
Helps to facilitate intrinsic motivation within a person in order to change behavior.

PTSD / Trauma

Adverse life and childhood experiences known as ACES can lead our brains and bodies to create natural adaptations to cope with these life events. We are beginning to understand that trauma is the underlying link to many life struggles.

Alcohol and Drug Problems

Alcohol and other drug related struggles are common struggles for 20-30% of our communities especially in Wisconsin. Often times it is the result of a number of factors: beginning at an early age, growing up in a family where it is prevalent, having a brain/body that enjoys the intoxication, and entangled other life struggles that get wrapped into substance use.

In addition to the personal struggles with alcohol or drugs, the family and loved ones need support too.

Other Reasons for services

Not feeling like your life is living up to it’s potential or things that just keep getting in your way such as anxiety, depressed moods, having blocks in certain areas of your life, and/or wanting to increase your success. All or a few of these can be a good reason to reach out for professional support.
